Our goal is to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Our legal and finance team must verify your account, validate your documents, and then process your request. Hence, we strive to have your withdrawal to you within fifteen (15) working days from the day we process your withdrawal request.
Please keep in mind that we cannot process a withdrawal request until your account has been verified. Do note that you can verify your account at any time. The sooner you do it, the sooner we can process your request!
Once we have verified your personal information, you can request for a withdrawal. In order for us to process your withdrawal request for the same week, please submit it before 12 noon EST on Tuesdays. After which, your request will be processed at the following week.

*Do note that you can only withdraw maximum of 2 times per calendar month and at $1,000 cap.
