Upon your first withdrawal, you will be asked to submit certain documents including proof of identity and proof of address.
The document uploader can be found by clicking on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Cashout’. If your account has been previously verified the uploader will not appear.
First, for proof of identity, we need a legible, color copy of any government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport or national ID card) that clearly shows the following:
Photograph of your entire face
Your full name and date of birth
The country in which it was issued
An issue/expiration date (document must be valid)
Passport/MRZ/ID number or equivalent
Next, for proof of address, we need a clear copy of a recent utility bill, bank statement issued by an official service provider, or government-issued correspondence. The utility bill should show your name, residential address, an issue date, and must be no older than three months.
Last, you can select your preferred cashout type; ACH (Automated Clearing House) or Check. If you select ACH, you will need to fill the 4 fields:
Followed by uploading a recent bank statement that reflects the above information clearly.
In some cases, we may ask for additional information in order to verify your account. If this happens, we’ll let you know via email what we need from you.
*Do note also that we will need you to fill up a Form W-9, which will be sent to you separately, when you request for your first withdrawal. We will need you to return the form to our finance department first in order for us to process your withdrawal request.
